Our consulting service fee is nominal and will save you tremendous amount of valuable time and money.  We will walk you through the process of buying a property in Ukraine, will help you with our competent English speaking staff, to seek out the best property possible for your purchase and sale.  Even if you are not looking to purchase property, but to relocate to Ukraine, our consulting service can be of enormous help when it comes to finding the best accommodation for your long term rental needs and sorting out all the required paper work along with drafting lease agreement.

 

If needed, our consulting fee includes setting up power of attorney so we can purchase the desired property for you on  your behalf (in cases when the client does not have time to remain in the country to finish the process but has already identified the property they wish to purchase).  Some of our clients have even trusted us to purchase a property for them sight unseen, although we prefer that you do personally authorize the purchase having seen it.

 

Our assistance doesn’t stop with the purchase of your new property.
