Arnold Shtern

Arnold Shtern is one of the founders of UA Realty Group. He holds a Bachelors degree from University Of Hartford with concentration in finance. Before founding UA Realty with Evgeniy, he has spent over ten years working on Wall Street in the financial industry & the insurance industry. He has also spent a number of years working on various aspects of Ukrainian real estate market, having assisted and personally participated in dozens of transactions for both personal and commercial purchases in Kiev, Odessa & Lvov. Arnold is involved in all of the day to day operations to ensure high quality customer service standards. One of his many responsibilities is managing our real estate investment department. Arnold also holds real estate license in the state of New York, US. He is fluent in Russian and English.

Evgeniy Lukianov

Evgeniy is one of the founders of URG. He holds a masters degree from Kiev National Linguistic University. Before URG, Evgeniy spent his time dealing with multiple aspects of real estate dealings varying from short term rentals to commercial property project investments. Evgeniy is a wealth of information on all things dealing with Ukraine real estate and is also one of the founders of the agency ‘Interdom’ which specializes in Ukrainian resort properties. Amongst other things, Evgeniy is responsible for commercial projects properties and our marketing strategy. Evgeniy speaks fluent English, Russian and Ukrainian.

Natalia Lukianova

Natalia has been with UA Realty Group since 2005. She plays a key role in our real estate sales operation and has assisted dozens of clients with their purchase. Natalia has vast knowledge of Ukrainian real estate market, both residential and commercial. Natalia holds a masters degree from Kiev National Linguistic University and has previous experience at various real estate agencies including Blagovest & Interdom. Natalia is fluent in Russian, Ukrainian & English.

Julia Khelashvilli

Julia has been in Odessa real estate business since 2004 having worked a variety of functions in both rental and sales arena. She has assisted with a number of purchases for both locals and Westerners with their property purchase in Odessa. In addition to helping you identify the property, she can guide through the purchase process and has all the knowledge needed even for the most complex real estate purchase situations. Julia has a degree in English from the Odessa State University and has previously worked at "Domovoy" real estate agency. Julia is fluent in Russian, Ukrainian & English.

Alexei

Alexei has been with UA Realty Group since 2008 and now plays a key role managing our rental operations. He is typically the first person to greet our new clients and can assist with pretty much anything. Alexei has a degree from National Aviation University and has past experience in the accommodations industry, including working for a Hotel in United States. He is a very quick thinker and is amongst the best when it comes to multitasking – making him one of our best assets. Alexei is fluent in Russian, Ukrainian & English.

Zinayida Kikot

Zina has been with UA Realty since 2008 and is an integral part of our team. Her duties include liaison between landlords and clients, coordination and arrangement of Airport transfers, payments & other logical duties. She is also in charge of advertising and market promotions for our rental operation. Zina has a degree from University of _____ and has previous experience at Visotski consulting as a human resources manager. Zina is fluent in Russian, Ukrainian & English.

Natasha

Natasha has been with UA Realty since 2007, having been with us previously at our rental operation exclusively. Natasha’s duties include liaison between landlords and clients, coordination and arrangement of Airport transfer, payment & various other logistical duties. She is precise and prompt in everything she does and has past experience as a head accountant at one of Kiev’s municipal agencies. Natasha is fluent in Russian & Ukrainian and speaks limited English.

Igor Shermonko

Igor has been with UA Realty since 2009 and has deep knowledge of Kiev’s real estate market having been in the industry both before and after the financial crises. Igor has a degree from University of Kharkov with concentration in business and previous experience at two large realty firms in Kiev. He is excellent at multi tasking and spends all his resources making sure the client finds exactly the type of property they seek. Igor is fluent in Russian, Ukrainian & English.
