What an incredible transformation is all I can say about Eugene’s team! My small ‘soviet’ built apartment is now basically on par with what I have at home in the states. It is a sight indeed to see. Eugene asked me to write a testimonial but I would have done it even without his request. The whole process certainly had its ups and downs but the end result is simply incredible. What I liked most is that Eugene’s team did not install anything in the apartment that I was not comfortable with. If the cost was something I was unsure about, we went down the scale to cheaper options. Honestly, I do not know what I would have done if I had no found you guys. I do have some of my own contracting experience but here in Ukraine it’s a totally different ball game. In any case, in summary – a huge thank you for making this yank a happy new home here in Kiev.

We had recently had extensive renovations done to our apartment purchased here in Kiev. Arik and Eugene were absolutely invaluable with their guidance and management of our project. My husband’s job with NATO required us to move to Kiev for a minimum of 5 years so we decided to purchase an apartment. We settled on Podol area of Kiev which by the way is lovely! Our apartment however was not quiet up to our standards of what we were used to in Canada. Not knowing many people in Kiev, we kind of took a chance on Eugene’s renovations team but boy did we make the right decision. We needed a total gutting of the bathroom and replacement of the shower which you guys did maginiciently. Our apartment sure did look a mess for awhile but it was worth it. We now have a Jacuzzi and shower cabin, both work just fine. Before we had only a small bath tub. Just so everyone knows, this project involved knocking down a wall and extending it by almost a meter to fit the cabin. I liked the fact that Eugene asked us to approve even the slightest expenses spent, even the ones that I thought did not need to be asked. All in all, just well done! You guys are great and I would recommend you to anyone here in Ukraine.

I would like to recommend Arik from UA Realty group to anyone who has purchased a property in Odessa. His team is highly professional and they responded to every inquiry I had made. I now own 2 apartments in Odessa, both of which I used UARG to do renovations on. Honestly I would have been completely lost without them, since even knowing where to go to purchase kitchen equipemtn is vastly different from back home. I will recommend you guys t anyone and you can certainly give my email to anyone that requests it.
